GetCitedBy is an AI visibility platform that helps businesses monitor and improve their presence in AI language models like ChatGPT, Claude, and others. The Service includes:

  • AI visibility monitoring and scoring
  • Citation tracking across Swiss business directories
  • Schema markup generation for improved AI discoverability
  • NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency checking

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

GetCitedBy offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI language models will mention or recommend your business. AI visibility results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCitedBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
